Fitness 24/7 is housed in a 4,200 square-foot space in the beautiful 100 Mills Shopping Plaza at the border of Avon and North Ridgeville, Ohio.

We are an all-adult exercise only fitness club. We provide a beautifully appointed exercise facility that offers the convenience of 24-hour access to every piece of modern exercise equipment the average person needs to keep fit and trim.
