Fitness 24/7 is housed in a 4,200 square-foot space in the beautiful 100 Mills Shopping Plaza.

We are an all-adult exercise only fitness club. We provide a beautifully appointed exercise facility that offers the convenience of 24-hour access to every piece of modern exercise equipment the average person needs to keep fit and trim.

Fitness 24/7 is the alternative to the sprawling, overcrowded and intimidating fitness facilities typical of some exercise clubs today. Our facility is clean, safe, simple and attractive. We have taken special care to open with a full array of state-of-the-art exercise equipment. You’ll love the feel and character of the club, and we hope to assist our members in developing and sustaining a habit of exercise.

Instead of dealing with busy and overcrowded parking lots, our members can park right in front of our building, walk directly into the club, enjoy a good workout and quickly and effortlessly be on their way. LOCKER ROOMS

While exercising, members can secure personal belongings and valuables in lockers that feature the handy Digilock locking system. Members can safely lock their valuables in any available locker (without key or padlock) by simply using a self-selected four-digit PIN. After use, each locker remains unlocked until the next member locks it again using his own self-selected PIN. As far as we know, Fitness 24/7 is the only club in the area that provides this convenient and elegant locker room solution. Members take all personal belongings with them when leaving the club.
